Return & Refund Policy – LVPVault.com

We want you to be confident in your purchase, so please review all product details and quantities before placing your order. All products sold by LVPVault.com are considered special order.

Returns

Special order products are non-returnable except in cases of:

  • Shipping damage (reported within 48 hours)

  • Incorrect product shipped

If a return is approved, the product must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In the original, unopened cartons

  • In the same condition you received it

Return Shipping Costs
All return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Because flooring is heavy and shipped on pallets, return freight can be significant.

Installation Deems Acceptance
Once any portion of the flooring has been installed, it is considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned or claimed as defective. Please inspect all material before installation.

How to Request a Return
Email darryl@lvpvault.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and details of the issue. We’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address if applicable. Do not return material without prior authorization.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If damage, shortages, or incorrect products are discovered, note it with the driver before signing and contact us within 48 hours.

Refunds
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus return freight charges) within 10 business days.
